Footwear brand PALLADIUM are known for their aviator origins, creating boots and footwear with tread like soles that can withstand varying types of terrain. Over the years, the brand has not lost its core style, but has adapted it to appeal to many different settings, trends, and customers.
Most recently, PALLADIUM has released a Pride collection which continues it’s ‘Uniform of the People’ story, whilst showcasing the rebellious spirit of the LGBTQI+ community. The brand wanted to give back to community that waves its flag of pride not just during pride season, but every single day of their lives, and this collection will drive that message of acceptance and love even further.
The collection is in collaboration with the Terrence Higgins Trust, the UK’s leading HIV and Sexual Health charity, with 10% of all sales of the collection to be donated to the trust.
Joe Khalifa, Palladiums Global Marketing Manager said:
We are ecstatic to be launching our first official pride collection in partnership with the Terrence Higgins Trust. Palladium has always had a strong following amongst the LGBTQI+ community and we wanted to celebrate that whilst giving back. The collection has been developed in support of those defying outdated stereotypes while being true to themselves and their beliefs.
I personally adore the high top styles because they really remind me of the gay scene when I was growing up, they were what everyone was wearing and I still cling to that style even now…
Regardless of your favourite, this is a brilliant way of showing your pride no matter your sexuality, and with London Pride just around the corner, these might just need to slip their way into your wardrobe before then….
