Patchology FlashPatch Illuminating Eye Gels RRP £14.00 for a pack of 5, available at and

These Vitamin C-packed eye gels will instantly brighten the under-eye area. The anti-inflammatory Vitamin-C helps decrease uneven pigmentation and is paired with Green Tea Extract to stimulate and help improve micro-circulation which will in turn help lighten the appearance of dark circles, Mulberry Extract (an ancient antioxidant skin brightener) to help illuminate and light-catching Pearlescent Minerals for an instant “lit-from-within” glow. Great to use before prepping for those Zoom Meetings, especially if you’ve had a bad night’s sleep. Just place 1 pair of gels onto clean, dry under-eye area for 5 minutes (or longer if desired), remove and massage remaining serum into skin. You can also change how you place them on the skin, depending on which concern you want to address more. If you want to target lines and wrinkles (a.k.a. Crows feet) place the thinner edge of the patches facing your nose but if you want to tackle under-eye bags, have the thinner edges facing outwards.

BIOEFFECT Imprinting Hydrogel Mask RRP £13.00 each or £70.00 for 6, available at, Harrods and selected retailers

The main function of this soothing hydrogel sheet mask is to maximise the efficacy of BIOEFFECT’s EGF Serum whilst minimising interference with growth factor activity (Growth factors are a naturally occurring protein in our bodies that communicates with skin cells sending them messages to repair, rejuvenate, etc. They help to boost the production of collagen and elastin. As we grow older their production decreases and as such, cell turnover, repair and rejuvenation slow down and skin ageing becomes apparent). This mask contains hyaluronic acid and provides deeper hydration. If you apply it on top of their EGF Serum you’ll see a noticeable difference after only 15 minutes. But even if you don’t use their EGF Serum in your routine, this Hydrogel Mask will noticeably improve your skin’s hydration and plumpness. Great to end your at home workday with, leaving you with plumper, more hydrated and radiant skin. BIOEFFECT uses only natural geothermal energy and subterranean glacial water to support the growth of barley grown EGF (epidermal growth factor), nurtured in a carbon emissions-free greenhouse in inert volcanic pumice. BIOEFFECT’s EGF is the first plant-based EGF used in skincare, which makes it safer, purer, more stable and ethically sourced.

It’s great for all skin types, including blemish prone, as it doesn’t clog pores and is soothing on sensitive, irritated skin. I’ve found it ideal on these sunny days, under my moisturising SPF, as it is quite a lightweight formula, great for layering when you go out to the garden or even if you’re keeping indoors at all times.

Tropic Skincare Deep Hydration Soothing Cooling Mask RRP £20.00, available at

Get instant skin hydration with this creamy gel mask, specially formulated with a combination of antioxidant-rich, restorative ingredients like wild Australian Superberries, Allantoin and Resurrection Flower Extract, to soothe and nourish irritated or dry complexions. Anti-inflammatory, deeply hydrating and rich in antioxidants, this gel-cream texture mask is ideal to help replenish moisture levels to skin that has been exposed to constant air-conditioning or heat (be it from indoor heating or the more recent sunny days we’ve been experiencing). Apply on dry, clean skin 2 or 3 times a week, for 20 to 30 minutes, rinse and follow with your usual skincare routine. For additional benefits on particularly dry skin, it can be used as an overnight mask by massaging the excess into the skin without rinsing. Also, to keep the active ingredients in tip-top shape, you should keep it in the fridge after opening. Added benefit, when you apply it, it will have an instant cooling effect on aggravated skin. Great after sun exposure.

Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré RRP £20.00 for 75ml, available at

This 5-in-1 wonder cream has long ago earned a place of pride in my makeup kit, but also in my bathroom cabinet. Because it can act as a deeply hydrating face mask, moisturiser, makeup remover, after shave balm and even baby cream, boosting the skin’s essential fatty acids and vitamins to accelerate cell renewal and nourish complexion, as well as deeply moisturise skin. Brilliant also to target dry and rough skin patches, I find a little goes a long way as it is as the name says, highly concentrated. So if you have oily or combination skin, use sparingly. It will leave your skin feeling as soft as a baby’s bottom.

Q+A Niacinamide Daily Toner RRP £8.00, available at and

Niacinamide (or vitamin B3) is not naturally produced in our body, but it is essential to help calm redness and inflammation whilst minimising the appearance of pores. So if you’re suffering with uneven skin tone or occasional breakouts, this multi-talented ingredient has calming anti-blemish, anti-wrinkle, and anti-inflammatory properties that will help to even skin tone and minimise pores. With Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and Aloe Vera to soothe and protect, this is a brilliant addition to your daily skincare routine.

The weightless, invisible patches help target spots and breakout-causing bacteria, whilst minimising the appearance of blemishes, redness and inflammation to leave skin clear, fresh and soothed. Made from hydrocolloidal material to help the healing process. To use you must cleanse and dry the affected area and apply the patch to the spot/blemish before going to sleep. Peel off in the morning. Use one patch per day. Wake up to soothed skin and a diminished or gone blemish.

Balmkind Lip Balm SPF 20 RRP £13.00, available at, and

This soothing lip balm has been a part of my arsenal for quite some time. I use it on myself, my daughter and my clients. Alpine Rose, which is antioxidant and phytonutrient rich, Lysine, an essential amino acid that helps stimulate the production of collagen and soothing Licorice Root, these ingredients also contain natural antiviral properties which help prevent cold sores, together with protective Vitamin E, hydrating Oat Lipids with skin active ceramides, lipid rich Pomegranate Sterols and UVA/UVB filters to prevent damage, make this an incredibly soothing, moisturising and protective lip balm, ideal to use at any time, outdoors or in. And since lips are so susceptible to weather changes, as they don’t produce any oils and are unable to self-moisturise, heating or cold air can easily make them chapped or dry. Free from any nasties, you can use it on nails and cuticles and other chapped bits also.

Beauty Pie Plantastic Apricot Butter Cleansing Balm £50.00 retail (£14.45 for members), available at

This is most definitely one of my favourite cleansing balms ever. Although not particularly recommended for oilier skins (it is a rich balm and most with acne prone/oilier skins might not love the texture, although I have and I do), you can use it as part of a double cleanse routine, as this is brilliant to remove all traces of makeup and impurities. It literally melts all makeup off and when emulsified turns into a milk, making it easy to rinse off, leaving the skin purified, cleansed and soft. Even using as your only cleanser you’ll achieve superb results. Skin feels so comfortable and refreshed. It comes with an organic muslin cloth for light exfoliation. With antioxidant Vitamin E and Rosehip Oil to moisturise, Apricot Kernel Oil for emollient cleansing and nourishing and Japanese and Berry Fruit waxes for their skin softening properties. Ideal for super-effective yet gentle cleansing.
