With the rise of label collaborations in recent years, it’s not surprising that more bespoke high street brands are getting in on the action.
I was lucky enough to be invited to preview the collection at an exclusive launch party, where I bumped into the likes of BNTM Judge and Male Model Max Rogers, BNTM Alum turned DJ and Presenter Annaliese Dayes, and the ever charming Bloggers and Male Models The Wade Twins.
The event was hosted by the fabulous Fluorescent PR and it really gave attendees a close up look of the collection.
You can really see FatFaces standard ‘staple’ design element here, with the go-to shirt, tee, and jumper styles coming through, and they have gone with a very AW colour palette including steel grey, rich burgundy, indigo denim and charcoal.
The thing I love most about the collection is the small design details that clearly showcase Folks input into the collection – from gradient coloured buttons, to featured front pockets that have side access points – this is a massive design innovation for FatFace and the collab with Folk is going to get their products in the hands of customers they may not have had before.
Stay tuned on FatFaces websites for more updates on the launch in November.
