As we move nearer to the month of June, many of us would normally be turning our attention to the Pride season calendar, getting our friends prepped with rainbow flags and and enough glitter to sink a ship with, but this season is a little different.
Due to the current pandemic sweeping the globe, many of us find ourselves in lockdown, with public events cancelled or postponed, and so Pride season events have in turn bowed out gracefully this year, but that doesn’t mean the season spirit is lost…
Many brands and companies will be showing their support over the coming weeks with virtual events and donations from sales to great LGBTQI+ causes. Take Ada Zanditon, a couture designer hailing from London who produces products well known to the fetish and drag communities. Her designs resemble exoskeletons, allowing wearers to show off their inner deity, and have a lot of fun in doing so.
Ada Zanditon has partnered with Stonewall Housing, a nonprofit organization based in London providing support, advice and accommodation to LGBTQI+ communities in an effort to create safer spaces and end homelessness for LGBTQI+ people.
The partnership will see a portion from every sale of Ada Zanditon Couture’s Pride chokers and harnesses, get donated to the Stonewall Housing cause.
So show your support this season, and do some good, grab yourself a choker or a harness and show your Pride – we’d love to see how you celebrate on social media so tag us in!
